| All aspects of letting out a holiday home will be taken care of, including advertising on our Le Marche Explorer Rental Properties web page. This means we take over the part of an agency as well as your part. You just have to provide us with your ideas and prices.
If you have got a willing friend or neighbour to take care for the day to day business we can also just do the agency part of it all which means: advertising, booking and payment.
If you have got agents we can
take over your part of making sure everything is arranged on the spot.

- Free advertising on our Le Marche Explorer web page (as agent).
- This web page will give a description of your property with pictures, stating booked and vacant weeks as well as the prices

| Booking |
- Bookings will be taken by us and confirmed
|
| Payment |
- We will take care that the full amount is paid before the guests arrive. A deposit will be paid on arrival and returned after check up.
|
| Welcome |
- The guests will be personally welcomed on the day of arrival or the day after, depending on how busy we are.
|
| Stand by |
- We will be stand-by for any problems guests have. Where possible we will give help and/or advice
