Pre-arrival service

• Set thermostat prior to arrival.
  
• Cleaning of house and make sure linen is clean and in place (beds made, etc.), before arrival of owners
  
• Advance shopping according to owners shopping list (20% added onto shopping bill(s))

Cleaning

• Care can be taken that the house will be cleaned before arrival of the owners or on a regular basis stipulated by the owners
  

Gardening

• Care can be taken that the garden will be up to standard given by the owners

Mail

• Send mail through to the owners postal address given to Home Management Service
  
  

Key-service

• This service will take care that persons allowed to stay in the house (by the owners prior arranged and mentioned by name to the home management service) will get the key and all information about
